Dana brings over 20 years of experience in the dance world paired with a deep-rooted passion for fitness, health, and helping others. As a former fitness director and group fitness instructor, she has led countless individuals through workouts designed to build both strength & confidence.
Her journey hasn’t been linear. After overcoming three ACL surgeries, years of chronic pain, and personal battles with eating disorders & exercise addiction, Dana transformed her approach to fitness from punishment to empowerment. She now uses her lived experience to guide others toward sustainable, balanced, and effective training.
