Dana brings over 20 years of experience in dance paired with a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and helping others. As a former fitness director, group fitness instructor, and athlete, she has spent years guiding people through training designed to build both strength and confidence.
Her path hasn’t been linear. After three ACL surgeries, chronic pain, and years of struggling with eating disorders and exercise addiction, Dana completely redefined her relationship with her body and mind. What once felt like punishment became a practice in empowerment.
Today, she uses her lived experience to help others build balanced habits, reconnect with their bodies, and create a more sustainable approach to training and life—without extremes, burnout, or self-hate.
